This 1977 Miley two horse trailer was converted into this beautiful, unique, rustic mobile bar. She was designed to be a showstopper at your next event. She has a serving window and a bar menu door on each side. I designed her from start to finish and it was her builder that made it all happen. We have everything needed to ensure that you and your guests have the best memorable bartending experience.

All of our packages are designed to fit your needs and our handcrafted cocktails and mocktails will be the star of the show at your next event. The Highway

Beer & Wine & Seltzer service only.

2 bartending staff and all bartending tools. 

Up to 4 hours of service time (with 2 additional hours for set up and breakdown.)

10 oz disposable plastic cups, cocktail napkins, straws and ice for chilling product.


THE BACK ROADS

3 Signature cocktails of your choice.  

3 Choices of Beer & Wine.

2 bartending staff and all bartending tools. 

All mixers and garnishes needed. 

Up to 4 hours of service time (with 2 additional hours for set up and breakdown.)

10 oz disposable plastic cups, cocktail napkins, straws and ice for chilling and serving product.


THE WINDING ROAD

2 Signature cocktails of your choice.

2 Choices of Beer & Wine.

2 bartending staff and all bartending tools. 

All mixers and garnishes needed. 

Up to 4 hours of service time (with 2 additional hours for set up and breakdown.)

10 oz disposable plastic cups, cocktail napkins, straws and ice for chilling and serving product.


THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW

Everything but the alcohol (Mocktails)

4 signature mocktails of your choice.

2 bartending staff and all bartending tools. 

All mixers & garnishes needed.

Up to 4 hours of service time (with 2 additional hours for set up and breakdown.)

10 oz disposable plastic cups, cocktail napkins, straws and ice for chilling and serving product.


THE DIRT ROAD

Bartenders only.

 We provide the bartenders, and you provide everything else, including the bar. 


Additional Information:

All packages include travel up to 50 miles round trip of 93004 zip code and $1.25 for each additional mile. We will have General Liability Insurance and bartenders are RBS certified. Please keep in mind we will need flat ground and enough room to pull the truck and trailer through and will need room to turn around at each venue and location. We need access to a power outlet from 50 to 100 feet of mobile bar. If no access to a power outlet, a generator/battery can be provided for additional fee.

We service Ventura County and surrounding cities. California State tax is not included in the package rates. Please keep in mind the client is responsible for any venue or city permits.

Do you provide the alcohol?

California is a dry hire state. The alcohol must be provided by the client. 


Is there a down payment requirement?

We require 50% of the total amount as a down payment along with a signed contract to lock in your date. The remaining 50% will be due 10 days prior to your event.

Do you have insurance?

We will have General Liability Insurance for each event. (Basic COI will be provided.) Bartenders are California RBS certified.

When do you need a head count for guests?

We ask that you provide the head count at time of booking. If the head count changes, please notify us as soon as possible. 

When do you arrive for each event?

We will arrive 1 hour to an hour and a half prior to the start of the event to ensure enough time for set up. 

Do you include set up and breakdown time as part of the 4 hour service?

Set up and breakdown time is outside of the 4 hour service time. We will ensure that you and your guests have your full 4 hours. 

Is there a minimum number of guests required?

Our package quotes serve a minimum number of 50 people. Although we understand that some parties may have a fewer head count, please contact us for a quote.
